We work with our clients on projects that focus on resource development that is new or expansionary. This may include concept, scoping or feasibility studies.
Our senior staff have strong technical and management skills and many years experience in developing and managing mining and processing operations. We can offer individuals as project managers or a complete cross discipline team to act as owners’ representatives and take projects from concept through to operation.
We use a value based approach – not an engineering based approach. This means we can quickly help our clients focus on the key value drivers for a project, without going through expensive engineering studies.
