An experienced software development manager, Jonathan leads development of RMDSTEM's software products and ensures they provide real value for customers. When he's not improving Perspective or managing customisation and implementation projects, he builds custom financial and process models for clients. Before joining RMDSTEM Jonathan built foreign exchange and derivatives trading systems for Deutsche Bank and LIFFE.
Asem Mousa, Senior Consultant
M Sc, PhD in Chemistry (Electrochemistry), MBA
Asem has recently joined our team and has over ten years experience as a research scientist in electrochemical and mineral processing, progressing to Executive Officer for The Light Metals Flagship, CSIRO. Asem has also worked for the University of NSW and BHP Billiton.
Mei Landman, Senior Analyst
BEng (Chemical), BSc
Mei holds a senior analytical role within RMDSTEM; applying her engineering and analytical expertise across a wide range of assignments.
Mei is an experienced consultant proficient in the process of evaluating research programs, including developing questionnaires, interviewing industry end-users and researchers, evaluation of benefits and presenting final results. Mei’s assignments within this area have included valuations for the Ian Wark Institute, A J Parker CRC, CRC Construction Innovation and AMIRA P266, P420B and P260. Mei has also recently been involved in conducting a benchmarking study for scrap charging in smelting for a major resource company.
Mei is skilled in financial modelling, project portfolio valuation, decision analysis, capacity studies, database development and water balance studies and has been instrumental in many of our major assignments involving these elements.
